This website is run for Manny's HVAC & Home Improvement, LLC, a home services contractor in Trenton, New Jersey. In this policy, “we” means Manny's HVAC & Home Improvement, LLC.

When you send a service request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, the service you need, your preferred day and language, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Who receives it
Your request goes to Manny's HVAC & Home Improvement, LLC so we can call you back and schedule service. Form submissions pass through Web3Forms (form delivery). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The site is maintained by Simply Sterling AI, which may see requests while managing the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent and phone number are not shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests as long as needed to provide and follow up on the service, and to keep normal business records.
